Todd Williams has 40 years of consulting experience focusing on the energy industry. For three decades, Todd has worked for Guidehouse (formerly Navigant) in the electric utilities sector, serving regulated and public electric and gas utilities, governments, renewable energy developers and generators across North America, Europe and the Middle East. Prior to Guidehouse Todd led the Canadian practice and the European utility practice of a large energy consulting firm.
