Laura is a strategy consultant in energy transition and decarbonization with a functional focus on markets, economics, and asset investment decision analysis. Over her wide-ranging 25-year career to date, she has advised investors, policymakers, regulators, developers, and operators in energy and climate tech. Laura started out in power plant development (both fossil gas and renewable) and brings to the table a long history in the U.S. electric power and utility sector. Recent focus areas include: carbon removal, methane mitigation, climate cooling interventions, transportation electrification, and industrial decarbonization. She holds a BA summa cum laude from Dartmouth College and an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
