Bill Rogers has over 35 years of experience working at the intersection of finance and energy infrastructure investment. Bill serves as a Managing Partner at CCE Advisory, where he provides consulting services to private equity infrastructure funds on acquisitions, investments, generation resources, regulatory climate, and behind the meter, customer-centered strategies. Prior to joining CCE, Bill understood a series of senior finance positions in regulated utilities in the energy, electric, gas and water industries, including EVP and CFO for CenterPoint Energy,  VP of Finance and Treasurer for American Water Works Company, and Treasurer and CFO for NV Energy. Earlier in his career, Bill held positions at JPMorgan Chase and Merrill Lynch as a debt and equity capital markets officer. Bill has held numerous board positions including Grupo Protexa, Battalion Oil, Enable Midstream, and non-profit roles with Duke University and West Point.
