Alexina Jackson is a creative problem solver and innovator with over 25 years of experience in sustainability, technology, utility innovation and partnerships, and government and corporate law. Alexina is currently the managing member of Seven Green Strategy. Previously, she served as Vice President of Strategic Development at AES Corporation, where she led the de-risking of utility planning and operations and renewables development through transformation of the technology, processes and culture of the electrical grid ecosystem. She established AES’ vision for a digital-first grid that uses efficient, modern technologies and is open, flexible and architected for reliability. Alexina previously led the company’s customer-focused innovation efforts and served as an attorney for AES. Prior to her career at AES, Alexina worked in corporate law and strategy consulting in the US, Brazil, Spain and France.
